About the role

Grupo Q is seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join its certified workshop network across Central America. The successful candidate will inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicle systems, ensuring high‑quality service that extends the life of each vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect mechanical and electrical systems of vehicles to identify faults.
• Perform diagnostics using specialized equipment and execute necessary repairs.
• Verify the proper functioning of safety systems to protect customers.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prolong vehicle longevity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in vehicle mechanics.
• Technical Automotive education preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• Valid B1 driver’s license.
• Computer literacy and experience with diagnostic tools and hydraulic equipment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with vehicle diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to operate hydraulic tools and equipment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation.
