Marketing Project Coordinator

About the role

UJV is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to own the day‑to‑day operation of the marketing team’s workflow system. You will keep projects moving from kickoff to delivery, ensure alignment across multiple functional areas, and continuously improve existing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the marketing project management system in Asana, Notion and other operational tools, keeping all initiatives organized and visible.
• Coordinate execution across content, social media, design, email marketing, paid media and co‑op marketing.
• Track timelines, ownership, priorities, dependencies and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.
• Ensure campaign briefs, creative assets, approvals and handoffs are completed on schedule.
• Serve as the daily owner of the marketing operating system, reinforcing established workflows.
• Monitor project health, follow up on outstanding tasks, identify bottlenecks and escalate risks early.
• Suggest and implement incremental improvements to increase visibility, consistency and team efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records to support scalable execution.
• Partner with Marketing, Design, Regional Teams and other internal stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
• Facilitate project kick‑offs, status meetings and follow‑up sessions, communicating progress and next steps to leadership.

• Experience working in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
