Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to build and lead a demand‑generation engine for a group of industrial recycling and material‑processing brands. The role is hands‑on, data‑driven and focused on delivering measurable B2B growth through HubSpot and multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the marketing roadmap, providing strategic direction rather than merely executing tasks.
• Identify, attract and nurture the Ideal Customer Profile across industrial equipment and manufacturing divisions.
• Fully manage HubSpot Marketing Pro – automate workflows, track attribution and oversee the lead lifecycle.
• Develop and optimise digital presence across websites and social media to boost brand visibility.
• Equip sales with high‑quality intelligence and collateral using tools such as ZoomInfo and Claude.
• Plan, execute and analyse multi‑channel campaigns that generate high‑value leads.

Required profile

• Proactive leader who thrives in a B2B environment and can translate strategy into results.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with industrial or manufacturing audiences is a plus.
