Marketing Director

About the role

Keiser University Latin American Campus is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Marketing Director to lead the institution’s marketing strategy, strengthen its brand, and boost enrollment initiatives. The role will shape the university’s market presence across both traditional and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with institutional and enrollment goals.
• Lead digital marketing, branding, communications, advertising, social media, and content initiatives.
• Design campaigns to support undergraduate, graduate, and other educational programs.
• Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and key marketing KPIs to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Manage the marketing budget and evaluate return on investment.
• Collaborate closely with Admissions and other departments to support student recruitment and institutional growth.
• Supervise and develop the Marketing team and coordinate relationships with external agencies, vendors, media, and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, branding, campaign management, and marketing analytics.
• Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in higher education, multinational organizations, or service industries is highly desirable.
