Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator, Advisor Partnerships, supports UJV’s growth by handling the logistical details behind business‑development initiatives. Working closely with the Head of Business Development and Directors, the role ensures events, familiarisation trips and client‑facing activities run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Organise company participation in networking events, trade shows and conferences, managing invitations, registrations and event materials.
• Plan and execute Familiarisation (FAM) trips, creating detailed itineraries for flights, accommodation, transport and activities using FamGuru.
• Collect post‑trip feedback to strengthen partner relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Support client gifting programmes, including flowers, e‑gift cards and branded items.
• Assist with webinar preparation, handling registrations, Zoom setup and material distribution.
• Collaborate on special projects, override tracking, reporting and invoice management.
• Generate production reports from Tableau to aid account reviews and client meetings.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in coordination, logistics, events or a related field (hospitality, travel or business‑development support is a plus).
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction.
