Italian‑Speaking Virtual Assistant for Short‑Term Rentals

About the role

We are seeking an Italian‑speaking Virtual Assistant to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our short‑term rental portfolio. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Italian and English, highly organized, and comfortable communicating with guests and property owners across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries, booking requests, and check‑in/check‑out questions via Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, email and messaging apps.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other property‑related services.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, availability and keep guest information up to date.
• Assist with listing updates, pricing adjustments and property details.
• Ensure prompt resolution of guest concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Liaise with property owners, cleaners, maintenance vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established short‑term rental operational procedures.
• Track reviews and feedback, escalating issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Italian and English.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, property management, hospitality or guest services.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and handle a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
