Ingeniera Técnico Comercial – Ventas en Infraestructura

About the role

Sinter S.A is looking for a qualified professional with a background in civil engineering, geotechnics, construction or related fields to act as a technical‑commercial engineer. The role focuses on developing business opportunities and providing technical‑commercial support for infrastructure projects such as roads, streets, earthworks, slope stabilization and containment works.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop commercial opportunities in infrastructure and construction projects.
• Follow up on road, street and other road‑related projects from specification to execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with construction firms, contractors, consultants, developers and public or private institutions.
• Assess technical needs of projects and propose specialized solutions.
• Prepare and manage quotations, technical‑commercial proposals and tender submissions.
• Visit project sites to provide on‑site technical‑commercial assistance.
• Promote solutions for soil and slope stabilization, retaining structures, erosion control, drainage, channel protection and road infrastructure.

Required profile

• Female professional with a degree in civil engineering, geotechnics, construction or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in construction, infrastructure or technical commercial development.
• Proven experience in street, road, path or other road‑work projects.
• Experience in commercial development, technical sales or solution specification.
• Ability to interact with construction companies, consultants, contractors and project developers.
