Identity & Access Management Engineer II

About the role

Sago is looking for an Identity & Access Management Engineer II to own the administration, operation, and continuous improvement of identity services across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and various SaaS applications.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and on‑premises Active Directory environments.
• Manage the full user lifecycle – provisioning, access changes, and de‑provisioning.
• Maintain authentication services, including MFA, Conditional Access, and password‑less solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Implement and oversee role‑based access controls, privileged accounts, and access‑governance processes.
• Conduct regular access reviews and support joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
• Monitor identity systems, resolve access‑related incidents, and ensure platform reliability.
• Support audit, compliance, and security initiatives through documentation and reporting.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate IAM tasks and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in Identity & Access Management environments.
• Proven experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 identities, groups, and access controls.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer‑service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
