About the role

Arvenda is seeking two high‑performance Sales Closers to join a U.S.‑based healthcare company. The role focuses on converting warm inbound leads for virtual clinic implementations and pharmacy product sales, all from a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 100% warm inbound leads – no cold calling required.
• Conduct follow‑up calls with pre‑qualified prospects to close high‑ticket Virtual Clinic implementation deals ($5,000–$10,000).
• Explain sensitive medical and business information clearly to build immediate trust.
• Manage a fast‑paced pipeline to ensure leads convert before competitors.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and pipeline status in the CRM.

Required profile

• Advanced English (C1/C2) with a fully neutral accent – non‑negotiable.
• 2–3 years proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, closing, or account management.
• Highly articulate with a consultative, trust‑first sales approach.
• Comfortable discussing sensitive healthcare topics and high‑ticket investments over the phone.
• Organized and disciplined in pipeline management.
