About the role

We are looking for a Subscription Base Management Manager to lead the strategy for Home and Postpaid Mobile customers at Tigo Nicaragua. The role focuses on maximizing revenue, ARPU, margin and customer lifetime value through data‑driven monetisation and convergence initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute annual and quarterly base‑management strategies for Home and Postpaid segments.
• Lead monetisation projects including pricing, upsell, cross‑sell, add‑ons, migrations and device upgrades.
• Develop segment‑specific strategies using analytics, AI and propensity models.
• Drive convergence of Home, Mobile Postpaid, TV, OTT and value‑added services.
• Manage product portfolio, price architecture and device strategy to ensure profitability.
• Transform data into actionable decisions, monitoring KPIs such as ARPU, revenue, margin, adoption, retention and CLTV.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end execution with physical and digital channels, tele‑sales, call centre, retention and supporting functions.
• Lead a high‑performing team with autonomy and result‑oriented discipline.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields; MBA or postgraduate studies preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in telecommunications, subscription services or high‑recurrence industries.
• At least 3 years leading teams or complex initiatives in Revenue Management, Base Management, Product, Pricing or Commercial Strategy.
• Advanced English for interaction with regional teams and vendors.
