Founder Community & Activations Manager

About the role

Contollo Consulting is seeking a highly organized, relationship‑driven Founder Community & Activations Manager. In this role you will act as the connective tissue between founders, ecosystem partners, activation events, and internal teams, turning single interactions into lasting collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for founders before, during, and after activations.
• Recruit, schedule, and maintain ongoing relationships with founders for current and future programs.
• Manage the activation calendar, coordinating logistics with host locations and internal production, sales, and operations teams.
• Identify and outreach to coworking spaces, accelerators, incubators, conferences, and other founder communities to build partnership pipelines.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of founders, partners, referrals, and opportunities, ensuring timely follow‑up.

Required profile

• Outgoing, comfortable meeting new people and building relationships.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple conversations and priorities.
• Persistent yet respectful, with a proactive, independent work style.
• Disciplined about CRM management and follow‑up.
