Facebook Ads Specialist – Remote

About the role

DashClicks, a fast‑growing white‑label marketing platform, is looking for a remote Facebook Ads Specialist to manage and optimise paid social campaigns for a diverse portfolio of US clients. You will work from home, collaborating with internal teams and agency partners to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch end‑to‑end Facebook Ads strategies, from audience research to full‑funnel execution.
• Design and run systematic tests on creative, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Analyse campaign data, extract insights and present strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Own client ad spend, forecast budgets and maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, aligning campaign tactics with business goals.
• Ensure flawless tracking set‑up, including Facebook Pixels and GA4.
• Stay up‑to‑date on paid‑social trends, platform updates and best practices.
• Track tasks and deadlines using the company’s project‑management tool.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
