Executive Sales Representative

About the role

Calltastic is seeking a full‑time remote Executive Sales Representative to drive new business and expand existing relationships for its customer experience (CX) and contact‑center solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to startups and fast‑growing brands, aligning our services with their revenue, retention, and loyalty goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries.
• Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored presentations and product demos.
• Own the complete sales cycle—from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and contract signing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to refine messaging and ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams.
• Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and represent Calltastic at virtual events and meetings.

Required profile

• Strong consultative sales background with a proven ability to close complex B2B deals.
• Experience selling CX, contact‑center, SaaS, or outsourced services.
• Demonstrated success managing a sales pipeline using CRM tools and data‑driven reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience working with startups, fast‑growing or VC‑backed companies is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely with strong self‑management and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high‑growth environment.
