Executive Assistant – On‑Site Role

About the role

SkillCloud Staffing is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide on‑site administrative support to senior executives of international companies. The role offers a dynamic environment where strong English communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, reports and presentations.
• Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, including logistics and minute‑taking.
• Liaise with international partners and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems.

Required profile

• 90%+ proficiency in English (spoken and written) and bilingual capability.
• University degree or equivalent extensive work experience.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Professional attitude, strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivation for long‑term career growth and willingness to learn.
