About the role

The company is seeking a Technical Service Specialist to provide specialized technical support, maintenance, and calibration services for measurement equipment. The role involves direct interaction with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal performance of technical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, installation, and calibration of technical and measurement equipment.
• Provide technical advice and training to customers and internal personnel.
• Conduct on‑site visits to client locations and technical installations.
• Document service activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, or equipment calibration.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits.
• Strong orientation toward customer service and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Calibration of technical equipment.
• Handling and knowledge of gas detectors.
• Equipment maintenance, repair, and installation.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
