About the role

The Churn Subscription Specialist will continuously analyze customer behavior to identify risk segments and key factors driving churn. By turning data insights into actionable initiatives, the role supports retention and loyalty efforts for a leading telecom operator in Nicaragua.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze churn trends, detecting deviations and risk signals.
• Generate timely alerts for at‑risk customers.
• Segment customers by tenure, geography and other relevant attributes.
• Transform data findings into business recommendations.
• Support implementation and measurement of retention initiatives.
• Track pilot projects, evaluate results and suggest improvements.
• Prepare executive analyses and presentation materials for monitoring meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Commercial Analysis or similar roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (mandatory).
• Power BI (desirable).
• Intermediate SQL (desirable).
