About the role

As the Kiosk Manager for AD in Managua, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling sales transactions, cash management, and product delivery. You will ensure the kiosk is well‑organized, visually appealing, and compliant with company policies while leading a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct, friendly service to customers and process sales.
• Manage cash register operations, daily sales recording, and cash reconciliations.
• Maintain product presentation, stock levels, and inventory accuracy.
• Supervise and schedule kiosk staff, ensuring a respectful and inclusive work environment.
• Monitor inventory, restock merchandise, and report any shortages.
• Prepare daily sales reports and adhere to company procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with clear communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash, use basic computer tools, and manage inventory.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of maintaining the kiosk’s image.
• Previous experience in restaurants, cafeterias or similar supervisory roles (e.g., Deli Pollo, Pizza Hut, Café las Flores).
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Availability for rotating schedules and on‑site work in Managua.
