About the role

Banco LAFISE is looking for a dynamic Executive of VIP Cards to provide premium service to its high‑value clients. The role focuses on promoting and selling the Infinite and Signature card lines, as well as complementary products, while ensuring an exceptional experience for the bank’s premium segment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and place the VIP card portfolio (Infinite and Signature) and related products such as insurance, SMS alerts, and automatic debits.
• Deliver first‑class, personalized service to clients in the VIP Lounge and coordinate visit plans to potential premium customers in Managua branches.
• Execute follow‑up plans, resolve client complaints, and manage the full service cycle to maintain satisfaction and loyalty of VIP customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar banking or financial sales role.
• Intermediate level of English (desired).
• Own a vehicle for client visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience with AS400 systems.
• Training or experience with VASA platforms.
