About the role

We are looking for an Electronic Banking Executive to drive the enrollment, adoption, and continuous use of our digital platform Bancanet. The role focuses on providing specialized, efficient, and secure support to both corporate and individual clients.

Key responsibilities

• Enroll corporate and individual clients onto Bancanet, ensuring they use the platform for transactions and receive personalized training.
• Provide technical support and ongoing training on Bancanet to external clients and internal teams.
• Receive, manage, and follow up on technical fault reports until the solution is deployed in production.
• Prepare data analyses, statistics, guides, and update manuals to strengthen electronic banking improvement plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or technology help‑desk roles, with a minimum of 6 months in a similar position.
• Intermediate level of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Google Workspace tools (Mail, Drive).
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.
