About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who enjoys talking to people and turning satisfied customers into brand advocates. The role involves handling inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring a positive experience across all touch points.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client records.
• Receive, sort, and track incoming communications.
• Address and resolve client questions and issues.
• Securely handle client data.
• Assist customers using warm, friendly language.
• Provide clear and accurate information about services.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Adapt to news updates and changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience as a customer service representative.
• Excellent English writing and editing abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
