CRM Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a CRM Manager to lead the execution of CRM strategies for its VIP Audiences & Experiences function. This remote, individual‑contributor position reports directly to the Director of VIP Audiences & Experiences and focuses on building AI‑driven outreach sequences that generate measurable sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run multi‑touch outreach sequences across email, direct mail, and event follow‑up for VIP account segments.
• Create and maintain AI‑assisted automation workflows linking outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools.
• Use Claude daily for copywriting, contact research, account intelligence, and workflow logic.
• Track and report pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced.
• Own data enrichment processes to keep VIP contact records accurate and actionable.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or outbound marketing.
• In‑house experience at a US‑based B2B company (agency or contractor work does not qualify).
• Background in B2B SaaS or tech services.
• Hands‑on use of outreach automation platforms such as Apollo, Clay, Lemlist or Reply.io.
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools, with Claude preferred and prompt‑engineering skills.
• Experience building automation workflows with Zapier, n8n or Make.com.
• Proficiency in a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• STEM or quantitative degree (Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Physics) or strong non‑STEM data track record.
• Advanced English proficiency.
