Construction Estimator - Framing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented professional to join our pre‑construction team. You will analyze architectural and structural blueprints to produce accurate material take‑offs and competitive cost estimates for both light‑gauge/structural steel framing and wood framing packages.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze architectural and structural drawings to generate precise material take‑offs.
• Prepare competitive cost estimates and strategic bids for framing packages.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow of the estimating department, prioritising and assigning projects.
• Calculate project time and budget estimates based on required materials and resources.
• Ensure completed estimates align with customer and project requirements.

Required profile

• Strong engineering or architectural background with verifiable experience.
• Minimum 2 years of construction estimating experience, specifically with wood and steel framing systems.
• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Professional attitude, ethical behaviour and solid written and verbal communication skills.
