About the role

Contollo Consulting seeks a highly organized, relationship‑driven Community Manager to nurture and expand a vibrant network of founders, entrepreneurs, and startup ecosystem partners in Nicaragua and Honduras. The role places you at the heart of the community, fostering connections, driving engagement, and supporting long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with founders and entrepreneurs, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate founder‑focused events, activations, and community activities, handling logistics, calendars, and partner communications.
• Develop and sustain partnerships with coworking spaces, accelerators, incubators, conferences, and other startup organizations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of founders, partners, events, and interactions; track engagement milestones.
• Identify and promote opportunities for introductions, referrals, and collaborations within the community.

• Naturally outgoing and enjoys meeting new people.
• Passionate about building communities and relationships.
• Excellent communication and follow‑through skills.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable communicating with founders, executives, and community leaders.
• Confident using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms.
• Able to manage multiple relationships and conversations simultaneously.
