Client Operations Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Client Operations Specialist to help busy owners in roofing, restoration and construction build and run an operational “OS” for their businesses. You will receive full training on our EdgeOS platform and on industry‑specific estimating and claims processes, then apply those tools to keep clients organized, accountable and focused.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of EdgeOS for each client, tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Manage executive calendars, schedule key meetings and ensure leaders stay on priority.
• Create and maintain scorecards, dashboards, playbooks and internal memo systems, and drive user adoption.
• Monitor progress, follow up on action items and hold stakeholders accountable to the plan.
• Communicate directly with clients to clarify expectations, gather information and maintain momentum.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mindset – you find workarounds when obstacles appear.
• System‑thinking ability to turn chaos into structured steps and checkpoints.
• Professional presence to act as a trusted right‑hand for busy business owners.
• Calm under pressure and receptive to feedback.
• Clear, direct communication style, not scripted.

• Advanced English (C1+) – excellent written and verbal communication.
