Business Development Representative – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive outbound sales across Latin America. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with a fast‑growing software consultancy and contribute to high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Execute 80–150+ outbound activities daily via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS.
• Use HubSpot to manage outreach, call tasks, email cadences, and follow‑ups.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay aligned to the ideal customer profile.
• Run multi‑touch sequences in Instantly and enrich prospect data with ZoomInfo.
• Craft personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with clear calls‑to‑action.
• Qualify prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline) and book discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Log all activities, notes, and pipeline updates in HubSpot.
• Continuously refine messaging based on performance metrics and meet daily KPIs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and ZoomInfo.
• Proven B2B sales or inside‑sales experience, preferably in technology or software.
• Strong ability to handle objections and communicate value propositions quickly.
• Self‑driven, comfortable in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
