Business Development Representative

About the role

As a Business Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for brands joining a fast‑growing influencer marketing platform. You will consult prospects, qualify leads and turn engaged users into sales opportunities in a high‑velocity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work a daily queue of product‑qualified leads (PQLs) using email, phone and LinkedIn outreach.
• Make 40‑80 calls per day to qualify key leads and run short discovery sessions.
• Provide quick assistance and troubleshoot user questions.
• Test outreach timing, messaging and offers, reporting on results.
• Collaborate directly with Account Executives and feed back conversion signals.
• Maintain accurate data in HubSpot CRM.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales or similar fast‑paced, customer‑facing role.
• Comfort with high activity volume, quick consultative conversations and clear written communication.
• English proficiency at C1‑C2 level for daily calls and outreach.
• Curiosity about data and ability to read usage signals to prioritize contacts.
• Experience selling to marketing teams, e‑commerce brands or agencies is a plus.
