Brokerage Operations Associate

About the role

MDB Capital, a U.S.-based investment firm, is expanding its operations in Managua and seeks a motivated Brokerage Operations Associate. This position provides hands‑on exposure to broker‑dealer operations, client interaction, and investment banking processes while supporting candidates to obtain FINRA licenses (SIE and Series 7).

Key responsibilities

• Support daily sales and trading operations.
• Assemble and review position, balance, and exception reports.
• Reconcile trades and verify trade details.
• Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance.
• Address basic client inquiries and account‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of trades and money movement.
• Support compliance and regulatory processes.
• Compile and present daily financial and trading reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial operations, account management, or financial administration (preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and organized.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and solution‑driven mindset.
