Bilingual Spanish Cold Caller – Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Bilingual Spanish Cold Caller to drive lead generation, schedule qualified appointments, and support our insurance quoting workflow. You will lead outbound outreach through calls, SMS, and email while keeping our CRM data clean and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑volume outbound cold calls to targeted lists, pitch services, and qualify prospects.
• Schedule qualified appointments and manage calendar bookings for the sales team.
• Execute multi‑channel follow‑ups via phone, SMS, and email.
• Assist in gathering preliminary information for insurance quoting and cross‑selling.
• Maintain accurate lead records, update status in real time, and clean databases within HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Provide general administrative support such as email correspondence and calendar organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound lead generation (insurance experience preferred).
• Resilient mindset, comfortable handling rejection and delivering engaging pitches.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with strong active listening.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
• Familiarity with power‑dialer or auto‑dialer software.
