Bilingual Sales/ Intake Specialist - Rehabilitation

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Sales/Intake Specialist to support an outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation practice. The role focuses on converting high‑intent leads into scheduled evaluations, providing a warm and trustworthy phone experience for Medicare‑age patients and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to all GoHighLevel (GHL) inquiries—including phone, web, Meta ads, faxes, and ALF referrals—via phone, text, and email.
• Use consultative, empathetic communication to turn prospective patients and their adult children into booked clinic evaluations.
• Create cases, book evaluations, and optimize schedules directly in Prompt EMR while respecting clinic capacity rules.
• Maintain accurate GHL sales‑pipeline stages (new, contacted, booked, no‑show, nurture, lost).
• Coordinate benefit verifications with the billing team and hand off ready patients to on‑site Clinic Coordinators and ALF Directors.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with both GoHighLevel and Prompt EMR.
• Proven track record in healthcare appointment setting, intake conversion, or high‑intent healthcare sales.
• Comfortable communicating with Medicare‑age adults and their families without sounding like a call‑center.
• Full‑time contractor availability (40 hours/week) Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm EST.
