Bilingual Construction Operations Lead (Buildertrend)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Bilingual Construction Operations Lead to serve as the operational backbone for our residential construction projects. Working remotely, you will translate field updates, budgets, schedules, and vendor documentation into accurate records within Buildertrend, ensuring data integrity across all active projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and continuously audit project records, schedules, tasks, and milestones within Buildertrend.
• Upload, organize, and maintain project documentation (plans, contracts, permits, photos) following file‑naming standards.
• Prepare and issue bid requests, track subcontractor responses, and maintain vendor compliance records (W‑9s, insurance, contracts).
• Input and monitor financial data including budgets, purchase orders, change orders, and bills, flagging inconsistencies.
• Track material selections, approvals, lead times, deliveries, warranty items, and punch‑list tasks through project close‑out.
• Generate weekly management reports, enter daily logs and meeting notes, and maintain Buildertrend templates, checklists, and SOPs.
• Conduct regular project reviews and communicate with project managers to align system records with field activities.

Required profile

• General understanding of residential construction phases and terminology.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for follow‑up with team members, vendors, and subcontractors.
