About the role

The Service Supply Assistant will support the procurement of services for internal and external clients of Monte Rosa, ensuring proper coordination, follow‑up and contract renewals. The role also maintains the department’s administrative functions to guarantee operational continuity, process efficiency and optimal use of resources.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the management of service procurement, including coordination and tracking of contracts.
• Monitor and renew contracts for internal and external customers.
• Maintain administrative operations of the procurement department.
• Ensure continuity of operations and efficiency of procurement processes.
• Handle relevant databases and documentation related to contracts and suppliers.

Required profile

• Graduate in an administrative or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience negotiating prices, terms and conditions.
• Ability to work in high‑performance teams and communicate effectively.
• Organised, results‑oriented and customer‑focused with leadership potential.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with ARIBA.
• Contract management.
• Database handling.
