Asistente de Control de Operaciones

About the role

The Operations Control Assistant supports the Operations Control Manager in planning, scheduling and monitoring workshop activities. The role ensures that vehicle repairs are carried out according to customer requirements, company policies and approved budgets, delivering finished work on time.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and assign work orders to appropriate technicians, ensuring adherence to delivery dates.
• Record all workshop activities in the management system to keep an up‑to‑date repair log.
• Monitor the flow of vehicles in the workshop to guarantee timely hand‑over to customers.
• Compile tax credits and delivery notes linked to work orders and prepare payment reports for suppliers.
• Calculate total repair costs, parts and materials per order and process customer billing.
• Coordinate internal quality and timing processes to meet certification objectives and maintain productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in workshop logistics, production line coordination, service advising or customer support.
• Technical background: automotive technician degree, mechanical engineering studies (2nd‑year student acceptable).
• Basic English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Customer handling experience and basic accounting knowledge.
