About the role

The Store Sales Support Advisor works in a hybrid capacity, spending the majority of time on operational and technical tasks related to inventory control, while also providing active commercial support to drive sales of post‑paid plans and Home services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and safeguard warehouse stock, equipment, and SIM cards, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability of every inventory movement.
• Maintain compliance with internal processes and audit requirements, applying FIFO/LIFO (PEPS/UEPS) methods.
• Support the sales team by promoting post‑paid plans and Home services using tools such as LOGICSA and the METANOIA tele‑sales platform.
• Achieve monthly acquisition and profitability targets set for the business.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management and warehouse administration.
• High school diploma or current student/graduate in Business Administration.
• Organized, analytical, and strong team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory methods (PEPS/UEPS).
