Archivista - Nicaragua

About the role

The Archivist will manage the filing, administration, and control of financial documentation for Cefa and Cefarma, ensuring that all records are accessible and organized for timely credit and collection processes.

Key responsibilities

• Organize original invoices and portfolio copies for archiving and collection management.
• Separate invoices by sales or collection agent and store them securely in lockers.
• Receive and file merchandise return receipts.
• Collect daily distribution invoices (credit and cash) at scheduled times, verifying client stamp, delivery date, and legible signature.
• Update the invoice processing tool and digital client master with credit notes per client and seller.
• Prepare follow‑up reports to validate invoice delivery and ensure timely collection.
• Receive, separate, and archive credit notes for products in good condition or expired, and distribute them to portfolio analysts.
• File daily credit and debit memos, confirming sequential completeness and attached physical support.
• Monthly request for stationery supplies to maintain operational needs.

Required profile

• University student in the fourth year or higher of Accounting or a related field.
• No prior work experience required.
• Competencies: strong task focus, responsibility, professionalism, adherence to standard practices, and quality orientation.
• Ability to archive documents by the next business day and meet supplier documentation deadlines.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including creation of pivot tables.
