About the role

The Junior Digital Sales Analyst will support the execution of Cargill's Digital Sales strategy for B2C markets in Central America and Colombia. The role focuses on driving adoption, administration and continuous improvement of digital platforms while providing support to customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the operation and growth of digital sales initiatives for B2C markets in Central America and Colombia.
• Manage and follow‑up with customers and users of digital platforms, promoting effective adoption.
• Provide support for order management through digital channels.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools and digital experiences.
• Document, update and maintain procedures, process flows and training materials.
• Assist in the functional administration of platforms, applications and digital tools.
• Generate reports, analyses and performance indicators for digital initiatives.
• Participate in implementation, improvement and launch projects for digital products.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Technology and Operations.
• Support training activities and change‑management related to digital solutions.
• Contribute to EHS initiatives and uphold corporate safety policies.

Required profile

• University degree or advanced student in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, International Business or related fields.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interest in technology, digital tools and digital transformation.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving orientation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
