Agentic AI Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote-first team of 4,000+ engineers, is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer. You will build AI-native applications with a modern full-stack approach, leading the development of autonomous agents that go beyond simple prompt-response patterns to carry out complex, multi-step tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement production-grade AI-native applications and agentic workflows.
• Integrate advanced LLM capabilities into scalable full-stack software solutions.
• Architect autonomous agents capable of independent planning and task execution.
• Use AI-augmented tools such as Cursor and Copilot to speed up development.
• Work with product teams to turn business objectives into intelligent systems.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering or AI engineering.
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI-native applications and agentic workflows.
• Strong background in end-to-end full-stack delivery, covering frontend, backend and API layers.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in modern stacks such as TypeScript or Python and production-grade LLM integrations.
• Hands-on experience with AI-augmented development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
