Advertising Specialist (Meta Ads)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our remote team. You will create, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns for a diverse client portfolio, working closely with clients to meet their advertising goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and manage Facebook ad campaigns across 20+ accounts using Meta Business Suite.
• Create compelling ad copy and visual assets, and ensure accurate targeting, landing page links and pixel implementation.
• Analyse performance data, produce client reports and provide data‑driven optimisation recommendations.
• Install and troubleshoot Meta Pixels via Google Tag Manager, set up custom conversions and build custom audiences.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, development and creative teams to align strategy and assets.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns for multiple clients.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills and ability to present results and strategy clearly.
• Detail‑oriented project management experience with tools such as Asana.
