Accounts Receivable Analyst – Remote

About the role

Arvenda is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to support the weekly billing cycle for its U.S. healthcare clients. This full‑time, remote position offers a structured, process‑driven environment ideal for candidates with basic AR or billing experience who want to deepen their expertise in healthcare billing.

Key responsibilities

• Review completed shifts against client service agreements, validating rates, schedules, and authorized service types.
• Prepare and submit invoices to clients and long‑term care insurance payors, and track billing adjustments through rebilling.
• Post payments, apply checks to client accounts, generate AR aging reports, and produce client statements.
• Flag duplicate or overlapping shifts, unapproved extensions, and early departures; escalate unresolved items before billing cut‑off.
• Communicate professionally with clients and payors on billing questions and ensure inquiries are acknowledged within one business day.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, or payment processing.
• Strong understanding of basic AR, billing, and collections concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with high attention to detail.
• Reliable computer, high‑speed internet, and ability to work 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (lookups, data reconciliation).
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
• QuickBooks Online.
• Familiarity with WellSky or comparable scheduling, EVV, and billing platforms.
