Accounting Coordinator

About the role

The Accounting Coordinator will work closely with the accounting team to manage the financial movements of Castlewalk Group's clients. This role ensures accurate record‑keeping and provides essential financial information that supports strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity and reasonableness of clients' accounting records in coordination with regional accountants.
• Manage and control the full accounting cycle and asset registers for assigned companies.
• Handle accounts payable, evaluate financing options with suppliers, and meet payment commitments promptly.
• Perform account reconciliations, subsidiary balances, capital movements, credit line monitoring, fixed‑asset tracking, petty‑cash management, and security‑deposit oversight.
• Communicate directly with banks, suppliers, partners, and operational staff across multiple office locations to resolve accounting issues.
• Provide clients with accurate financial statements, ensure tax compliance, and maintain confidentiality of financial data.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and key performance indicators.
• Oversee administrative tasks for responsible staff and execute assignments from the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting systems.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong command of English.
• Leadership abilities and effective verbal and written communication.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good organizational skills.
