QA/QC Engineer – Civil, Electrical & MEP

About the role

We are looking for experienced QA/QC Engineers to join major construction projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role covers civil, electrical and MEP disciplines and focuses on delivering high‑quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out inspections and testing activities on site.
• Review material approvals and inspection requests.
• Monitor and update Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate quality activities with consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure all works comply with project quality standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including direct site work.
• Proven experience in QA/QC inspections and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of ITPs and quality control procedures.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
