TRACK PMS Expert & Webmaster

About the role

We are seeking an experienced TRACK PMS Expert / Webmaster to own and optimise our use of the TRACK property‑management system. The role requires deep, hands‑on knowledge of TRACK PMS, the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, and to act as the primary liaison with the software provider.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's day‑to‑day use of TRACK PMS.
• Troubleshoot technical and system issues related to TRACK, including errors, synchronization problems, and integration failures.
• Investigate root causes of system problems and drive issues through to resolution.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between TRACK and other platforms.
• Review, configure, and optimise TRACK settings, workflows, and processes.
• Work directly with TRACK’s support and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Document issues, solutions, and configurations for internal reference.
• Support internal team members with TRACK‑related questions and usage challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and overall platform utilisation.
• Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert and primary point of contact for TRACK PMS.

Required profile

• Expert‑level, hands‑on experience with TRACK PMS (non‑negotiable).
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to investigate issues independently and communicate clearly with software providers.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage issues through to resolution.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take full ownership of technical problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
