Revit Structural Designer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and technically skilled Structural Designer to join our engineering team. In this role you will prepare precise engineering calculations, load‑path layouts, and construction drawings for residential and commercial building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations for gravity, lateral, foundation, and retaining systems.
• Design wood‑frame assemblies (shear walls, joists, beams) and reinforced concrete elements (foundations, slabs, columns).
• Develop detailed structural plans, sections, and framing details using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate designs with architects, engineers, and project leads to ensure constructability.
• Ensure compliance with building codes such as IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, and NDS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 2–5+ years of structural design experience with wood and concrete.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving, and clear communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with structural analysis software (Enercalc, RISA, WoodWorks, RAM).
