Join Elite Escapes as a Remote Group Travel Planner and turn group travel ideas into confirmed itineraries. You will combine destination knowledge, logistics expertise, and a consultative sales approach to create memorable trips for teams, families, and friends.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with group leaders to understand trip goals, size, budget, dates, and desired experiences.
• Recommend destinations, hotels, room blocks, transportation, meeting spaces, and group activities that match purpose and budget.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed trips via email, chat, and phone, handling deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation policies.
• Coordinate logistics such as room allocations, special requests, contracts, and pre‑trip communications.
• Manage changes, questions, and concerns promptly to support group leaders from quote to return.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication with confidence to guide group leaders.
• Excellent organization skills for handling multiple quotes, contracts, and client details.
• Comfort with technology, online booking platforms, CRM systems, and AI tools (training provided).
• Passion for bringing people together through travel and creating memorable shared experiences.
