Production Operator – Cleaning – Masaya

About the role

This permanent position is based in Masaya, Nicaragua, and focuses on supporting production lines through cleaning and basic process operations. The role involves rotating across different areas of the plant to ensure production targets are met while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate equipment and technological tools in the assigned production area, following basic policies and procedures.
• Learn and apply standard operating procedures, providing feedback on clarity and effectiveness.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety policies and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Monitor work pace and progress of assigned teams or processes, understanding links with other process areas.
• Follow company BPM procedures and perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with the ability to read Spanish fluently.
• Primary education completed; ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, kneeling, and lifting safely.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or different shifts with prior notice.
• Capability to work in noisy, dusty, or chemical‑exposed environments while using personal protective equipment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of chemical handling.
