About the role

The Billing and Scale Operator supports Cargill's protein and salt business by handling weigh‑bridge transactions and invoicing processes. Working under general supervision, the role ensures accurate data capture and timely billing while contributing to continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Enter routine transaction data into the designated system using defined software tools.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and related documentation for all recorded transactions.
• Maintain courteous relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.
• Apply record‑management policies and standard methodologies to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Compile data and assist in preparing reports that support decision‑making and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in process‑improvement projects to enhance the effectiveness of record‑keeping and internal controls.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Availability to work six days a week with a rotating day off.
• Ability to perform tasks under general supervision while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
