Marketing & Onboarding Specialist for Real Estate Agents

About the role

We are looking for a creative, tech‑savvy Marketing & Onboarding Specialist to help real‑estate agents and their clients launch and optimise their digital presence. You will guide new users through account set‑up, train them on social‑media tools, and design branded marketing assets that drive visibility and leads.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Zoom onboarding sessions with new agents and clients to configure accounts and tools.
• Assist clients in creating and optimising social‑media profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Train clients on effective use of social media for real‑estate marketing.
• Design eye‑catching marketing materials (posts, flyers, banners) using Canva.
• Create professional, brand‑consistent email signatures.
• Provide creative ideas and strategies to improve lead generation and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with agents to align marketing tactics with target audiences and property portfolios.
• Ensure consistent branding and content across all digital channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social‑media marketing and client onboarding.
• Strong design sense with solid Canva skills.
• Comfortable hosting and leading Zoom sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to explain technical tools in a simple, user‑friendly manner.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple onboarding sessions.
• Basic understanding of the real‑estate or short‑term‑rental industry is a plus.
