Installation Coordinator – Remote

About the role

Our client, a growing playground equipment supplier, is looking for an Installation Coordinator (also called Operations Coordinator) to oversee the end‑to‑end installation process for customers. This remote, full‑time position serves as the main liaison between customers and installers, ensuring projects run smoothly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 50‑100 active installation jobs at any time.
• Communicate with customers to explain the installation process and keep them informed.
• Coordinate with installers, providing schedules, resources, and support.
• Schedule installations, monitor timelines, and adjust plans as needed.
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and installers, troubleshooting issues that arise on site.
• Resolve construction‑related challenges and ensure a positive installation experience.

Required profile

• Experience in construction, contractor management, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Enjoys process improvement, collaboration, and adapting to change.
