Fashion & Beauty Account Lead

About the role

Terrific is building the next generation of social commerce and needs a leader to shape its fashion and beauty presence across LATAM. You will create and execute creator‑driven strategies, build relationships with brands and influencers, and develop repeatable content formats that make fashion and beauty more discoverable and shoppable.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture Terrific’s creator and influencer network in LATAM, focusing on fashion, beauty, lifestyle and adjacent categories.
• Identify and develop relationships with brands, agencies, communities and cultural partners.
• Define a clear content and creator strategy for fashion and beauty initiatives.
• Develop original concepts, hooks, briefs, scripts, storytelling frameworks and campaign ideas.
• Create a library of repeatable formats, creative playbooks, templates and best‑practice guides.
• Monitor emerging creators, consumer behaviours, products, aesthetics, platforms and content formats.
• Analyse why content performs and translate insights into stronger creative systems.
• Integrate creator, brand and audience insights into product and commercial decisions.
• Take increasing ownership of a new creator‑led fashion initiative as it evolves.

Required profile

• Deep immersion in fashion, beauty and creator culture, with a strong understanding of how ideas, aesthetics and buying behaviour move online.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and the broader LATAM creator ecosystem, often anticipating trends.
• Ability to identify strong creators, approach them, build trust and provide direction while preserving their authentic voice.
• Comfort moving between creative and commercial thinking, balancing authenticity with brand goals.
• Creative, organized, fast, resourceful, culturally plugged‑in and comfortable using AI in daily work.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
