Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client travel inquiries.
• Research travel products such as hotels, cruises, resorts, tours, and vacation packages.
• Assist with reservations, review details for accuracy, and help clients understand travel policies.
• Coordinate with travel suppliers when needed and manage reservation changes.
• Maintain accurate communication records and provide pre‑travel and post‑booking support.
• Stay updated on supplier and destination information.
