Virtual Executive Assistant to CEO (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support up to three CEOs of fast‑growing startups across the US and Canada. The role is fully remote and focuses on building structure, improving processes, and keeping executives organized every day.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Build and improve workflows, trackers and documentation.
• Support projects, reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Track deadlines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems.
